Words blown to the winds,

Words on pages, in bytes,

Words for now,

Katherine lives in a world of words, gardens and education. Writing, developing ideas and training others, she has spent endless hours linking words across the pages of English Language Teaching, both for students and ELT educators.

katherineMostly though, , Katherine is well known for being an ELT author. She writes for OUP, Macmillan, Richmond, Burlington and others. She also writes English courses for the BBC and the British Council. However, in her spare time she writes other words of other worlds.

Katherine lives in a small village of 15 inhabitants in rural Spain. She enjoys ‘the quiet life’; gardening, walking and bird-watching. She also loves music and cinema and she is passionate about Japanese Literature.

Join us here as Katherine reflects on the changes of ELT publishing, ELT teacher training and the changing world of words.
